Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped by the item’s designer as soon as possible. Some of our designers’ pieces are made to order and require 2-4 weeks to create. We will let you know, depending on your order, what the approximate ship date will be. Clients are given several options for shipping, which approximate the actual cost based on information provided by the individual carriers.

Expedited Shipping

If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please email me directly at jody@barkandswagger.com or call me at 917.770.3970. Expedited orders will incur a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.
Please note that the carriers we use do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
Expedited shipping is available for an additional non-refundable charge.

International Orders

The shipping charge for orders to be delivered internationally will depend on the delivery address and shipping method chosen.
Please note that depending on the destination country, the package may incur additional import charges or taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred. Bark & Swagger cannot guarantee the arrival time or be responsible for the arrival of any international shipment. International shipping and additional import charges are non-refundable.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark “gift” to avoid fees or taxes by your country.
No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Bark & Swagger due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a client, the client will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Bark & Swagger is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bark & Swagger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bark & Swagger will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the client to investigate.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy for Ready-To-Wear Product Only. Custom-made products are not returnable.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. Please email me at jody@barkandswagger.com if you want to return an item and I’ll let you know where to send, based on that garment’s designer.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. If you send your package outside of the 30-day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.

All return packages must be fully insured. Bark & Swagger will not assume liability for reimbursement in the event that return packages are lost or stolen.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will contact you about a store credit or refund (excluding shipping costs) for the amount of the merchandise returned.

Free products received during a giveaway or promotion are not eligible for return.
Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

* “30 days” is defined as the time between the day the order was placed and the day the return request was initiated.
